Unternehmens-KI ordnet sich zunehmend in Kanälen, Stacks und Infrastruktur ein statt um einen einzelnen Assistenten
Diese Woche hat eine Linie verschärft, die sich bereits abgezeichnet hatte: Generative KI in Unternehmen wird weniger um einen einzelnen Assistenten organisiert und stärker um den Weg, über den Modelle in die Arbeit gelangen. Microsoft stellte den eigenständigen Verkauf von Copilot Pro ein und band den laufenden Zugang an Microsoft-365-Pläne, startete zugleich einen partnergeführten Test für kleine Unternehmen und veröffentlichte Orchard als offenes Framework für agentische KI. Oracle weitete seine Partnerschaft mit Google Cloud aus, sodass Gemini innerhalb von Oracles Unternehmensanwendungen laufen kann, AWS überführte die Bedrock-Websuche in die allgemeine Verfügbarkeit innerhalb der eigenen Cloud, und Superblocks vereinbarte mit AWS, dass Kunden KI-Anwendungen in privaten AWS-Umgebungen bauen können. Das scheint den Spielraum für einen Premium-Assistenten zu verengen, der getrennt von der umgebenden Software steht, weil die umgebende Software zunehmend selbst zum Produkt wird.
Das macht das Modell nicht unwichtig, doch es scheint den Modellvorteil leichter über die Kanäle anderer Unternehmen weiterverteilbar zu machen. OpenAI senkte die Preise für GPT-5.6, Alibaba führte Nebenzeiten-Preise für Qwen3.7-Modelle ein, und Oracles Unternehmens-Stack ergänzte Gemini neben Modellen anderer Anbieter. OpenAI startete zudem Bildungs-Plugins, mit denen Institutionen agentische Fähigkeiten mit ihren eigenen Materialien und Werkzeugen nutzen können und dabei die Datenkontrolle behalten. Das dürfte für Microsoft wichtig sein, weil eine einheitliche Copilot-App den Einstieg verbreitern kann, sie aber Knappheit allein nicht wiederherstellen kann, wenn Käufer vergleichbare Modellfähigkeiten über die Software erreichen können, die sie bereits einsetzen, oder über Clouds, denen sie bereits vertrauen.
Die Woche unterstrich auch, dass die KI-Nachfrage inzwischen unterhalb der Software bis in Stromversorgung, Packaging und Serverdesign reicht. Microsoft meldete rund 41 Milliarden US-Dollar an Investitionsausgaben, grösstenteils für KI-Infrastruktur, AWS sagte, seine auf das Jahr hochgerechneten KI-Umsätze hätten 25 Milliarden US-Dollar überschritten, Pembina genehmigte ein gasbefeuertes Kraftwerk zur Versorgung eines Meta-Rechenzentrums, Intel beschrieb sein US-Zentrum für Advanced Packaging für sehr grosse KI-Chiplet-Pakete, und Arm meldete ein an KI-Server gebundenes Wachstum der Rechenzentrums-Lizenzgebühren. Das deutet darauf hin, dass sich die Expansion nicht mehr wie ein kurzer Produktzyklus auf der Anwendungsebene verhält, sondern wie ein breiterer industrieller Ausbau, dessen Beschränkungen bei Strom, Packaging und Cloud-Kapazität liegen.
Gleichzeitig verlagern sich die Kontrollpunkte nach unten. Die Europäische Kommission begann ab dem 2. August mit der Durchsetzung der Transparenzregeln des AI Act, Mistral veröffentlichte einen Safety-Klassifikator mit offenen Gewichten, der auf einer einzelnen 16-GB-GPU läuft, und AWS machte Web-Grounding zu einer eingebauten Bedrock-Funktion für OpenAI-Modelle. Das dürfte die Verschiebung weg davon verbreitern, Sicherheit, Grounding und Offenlegung als optionale Extras zu behandeln, die nahe an der Benutzeroberfläche angebracht werden. Das Ergebnis dürfte ein Markt sein, in dem Assistenten sichtbar bleiben, die Verhandlungsmacht sich aber weiter zu den Stack-Ebenen verschiebt, die über Distribution, Einsatzbedingungen und Betriebskosten entscheiden.
Unsere Prognose
Bis zum Frühherbst dürfte der nächste klare Schritt von einem weiteren Anbieter von Unternehmenssoftware oder Cloud kommen, der Frontier-Modelle Dritter als eingebauten Teil seines eigenen Business-Stacks statt als separates KI-Ziel anbietet.
